Job Summary:


The receptionist volunteer supports the CPO Main office administration team. This volunteer position will be responsible for greeting guests, providing information and navigating guests to the correct staff as well as answering and routing phone calls to appropriate staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Able to work with people from all socio-economic levels, backgrounds, and professional levels
  • Adherence to privacy and confidentiality policies
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and phone skills

Essential Qualifications/Skills:


  • Greet and assist staff, partners and guests at the front desk
  • Provide resources to guests as requested
  • Answer and transfer phone calls to appropriate staff
  • Assist with making and distributing copies of documents and assembling document packets
  • Assist with mailings as needed
  • Other admin duties as assigned
