Child Care Works

CPO is leading the way with Child Care Works, a groundbreaking, public-private partnership designed to enhance Missouri’s child care system.  This program will share costs equally between the state, employers, and families – making high-quality care affordable for those who earn too much for subsidies but still struggle with market rates.  This innovative approach will help parents stay in the workforce, support local businesses, and give children the strong start they deserve.
